Dronestaf is the commercial drone operations brand of Lemulor Teknoloji A.Ş. Lemulor Teknoloji A.Ş. is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us, and only when you send it:

Quote form: name, phone, email, company name (optional), city, the service you are interested in and your message.
Chat assistant: the messages you type and any contact details you share. The assistant runs on an AI model; your message is processed to generate a reply.
Usage statistics: via Google Analytics 4 — page views, approximate location at country/city level, device and browser. This is not used to identify you.

We do not collect special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, biometrics). Please do not enter such information into our forms or chat.

Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest; consent for analytics cookies.

Where it is stored

Form and chat records are kept on a server under our own control, in a password-protected database. Our server is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, within the EU/GDPR area.

When a new request arrives, a notification is sent to our field team. It reaches only the relevant team members.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Only providers essential to running the service are involved:

Our server hosting provider (Germany)
Cloudflare — domain, security and bot protection (Turnstile)
Google Analytics — usage statistics
Google Maps — the location map embedded in the page
The AI provider generating the chat assistant's replies

We may also share data with competent public authorities where legally required.

Field footage

We may record drone footage during operations. These recordings are produced for before/after reporting and shared with the client. If third parties appear identifiably in the footage, faces are obscured or explicit consent is obtained before any promotional use. All flights are carried out under the permits required by applicable civil aviation regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and job records for the statutory limitation periods after the relationship ends (as a rule 10 years). You may ask for earlier deletion using the rights below. Analytics data is subject to Google Analytics' default retention period.

Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary technical cookies, Cloudflare's security cookies and Google Analytics' measurement cookies. The embedded Google Map may also set its own cookies. We use no advertising or profiling cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the map and form may then not work as expected.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, at home or abroad
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request erasure or destruction
Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated.
